I had the most incredible breath work experience with Julie from when we started she was so welcoming and caring to my needs. As someone who struggled with anxiety and depression for years, I didn’t expect such a deep emotional release to come from one session- but it did. From the moment the session began, I felt supported and gently guided through the process. I breathed deeply in a way I never had before- and with that came a sense of freedom I hadn’t felt in years. We recently did a breathwork session with Julie. It was so beneficial and released a lot of stagnant energy and re-set the body from flight and fight into rest and digest. It also equipped my mind to know this is available to me in any situation. A wonderful tool to have up my sleeve. Highly recommended. Cheryl

I had an amazing sleep last night 2hr:15min of REM sleep out of 8:53 total, without waking. This is rare as I normally sleep about 7hrs with 1hr of REM. I’m attributing it to the wonderful breath work. Thanks again Julie😍 Scott ( can do it!)
