Meet the Co-Creators of Hypnobreath

Hypnobreath is a collaborative offering born from lived experience, shared values, and complementary expertise in nervous system regulation.

Julie Wix brings her background in psychology, breathwork, and neuroplastic pain science to support women through burnout, chronic pain, and hormonal transitions. Her own burnout taught her resilience comes from pausing, recovering, and regulating the nervous system. Her work helps participants reconnect with their body’s wisdom and reclaim emotional steadiness.

Emma Trovas draws on her training in clinical hypnotherapy, strategic psychotherapy, NLP, and yoga to help people shift unconscious patterns and regulate their nervous systems. Her work is rooted in the understanding that our past shapes our present - and that healing begins with awareness and safety.

Together, Julie and Emma guide participants through a gentle, immersive journey that blends breath, hypnosis, and somatic education to support deep regulation and reconnection.
