The Breathe@work program is designed to help employees understand and experience the impact of nervous system flexibility and capacity in daily life.
Through breath, awareness, and practice, participants learn how to tap into their nervous system and understand how to build capacity and flexibility, enabling adaptive shifts in state when required. Over time, this can lead to:

After 15 years in leadership roles, chronic stress pushed my nervous system into long‑term dysregulation. Breathwork helped me rebuild nervous system flexibility and capacity, which transformed my life — and now I help workplaces and leaders do the same.
My work blends psychology, nervous system coaching, breathwork, and lived experience to create safe, practical, and deeply human wellbeing programs.
