The Breathe@work program is designed to help employees understand and experience the impact of nervous system flexibility and capacity in daily life.

Through breath, awareness, and practice, participants learn how to tap into their nervous system and understand how to build capacity and flexibility, enabling adaptive shifts in state when required. Over time, this can lead to:

Julie Wix

Founder of Pause and Exhale

Julie Wix is a breathwork and nervous system coach with an Honours Degree in Psychology and advanced training in breathwork and nervous system regulation. She brings practical, evidence‑informed tools to modern workplaces. Her 15+ years in leadership gave her first-hand insight into how easily chronic tension and an “always on” internal state can become the norm — a pattern that often shows up as fatigue, depletion, and the early signs of burnout. That lived experience now shapes her approach to supporting others.
