Julie Wix
Founder of Pause and Exhale
Julie Wix is a breathwork and nervous system coach with an Honours Degree in Psychology and advanced training in breathwork and nervous system regulation. She brings practical, evidence‑informed tools to modern workplaces. Her 15+ years in leadership gave her first-hand insight into how easily chronic tension and an “always on” internal state can become the norm — a pattern that often shows up as fatigue, depletion, and the early signs of burnout. That lived experience now shapes her approach to supporting others.
