Julie Wix

Founder of Pause and Exhale

Julie Wix is a breathwork and nervous system coach with an Honours Degree in Psychology, a Postgraduate Degree in Human Resources, and advanced training in breathwork and nervous system regulation. She brings practical, evidence‑informed tools to modern workplaces.

With 15+ years in leadership, Julie saw firsthand how easily chronic tension and an “always on” internal state become the norm — often showing up as fatigue, depletion, and the early signs of burnout. Her own lived experience of navigating long‑term tension and dysregulation now deeply informs her approach.

Today, she blends professional expertise and lived experience to offer accessible, science‑backed practices that help people understand and regulate their nervous system, restore capacity, and work in more sustainable ways.
