This is a 4-week journey to restore calm, connection, and clarity—designed for women navigating the intensity of peri- to post-menopause. Through our Signature Holistic Nervous System Regulation Method, you’ll learn practical science-backed nervous system regulation techniques, how to manage stress, sleep better, and feel more like yourself. With expert guidance, a nurturing community, and space to move at your own pace, this program transforms a moment to catch your breath into a powerful reconnection with your body, confidence, and inner ease.
The journey begins with The Pause—a relaxed group walk and coffee at Centennial Park, where you can arrive as you are, meet others, and set your intentions (kids and dogs welcome!).
The program includes weekly online evening sessions that begin with a short check-in and space for Q&A. From there, you’ll be guided through calming breathwork and nervous system regulation practices designed to help you unwind and ease into a restful night’s sleep.
Each week includes a guided audio and self-paced video tutorial to gently build consistency and deepen your practice.
Finally, The Exhale, a restorative in-person breathwork event in Sydney, offers space to reflect and embody the calm you’ve cultivated, so you can step forward with clarity and renewed confidence.

Whether you're navigating stress, fatigue, pain, or transition, you’ll be held with compassion and care, supported to reconnect with your body and restore calm, clarity and connection.
Each session begins with a grounded conversation, followed by breathwork journey tailored to your needs, creating space for tension to release and calm to rebuild.
A six-session series is recommended for lasting integration, offering time to explore, reset, and return to what matters most.
