Hypnobreath is a collaborative offering born from lived experience, shared values, and complementary expertise in nervous system regulation.

Julie Wix

Julie draws on her background in psychology, breathwork, and neuroplastic pain science to support people experiencing chronic body tension and nervous system dysregulation. Her own experience, taught her that freedom from chronic symptoms begins with pausing, recovering, and expanding the nervous system’s capacity and flexibility. Through her work, she helps people reconnect with their body’s wisdom and meet stress with response rather than reactivity.

Emma Trovas

Emma draws on her training in clinical hypnotherapy, strategic psychotherapy, NLP, and yoga, with a focus on trauma-informed care and neuroplasticity. Her own experience overcoming childhood trauma has shown her how automatic thought, belief, and behavior patterns shape our experiences — and how, through awareness and releasing reactive patterns, they can be transformed. Through her work, she supports people in accessing their inner knowledge and resources, cultivating a responsive approach, and fostering trust, safety, and presence in mind, body, and energy — helping the nervous system regulate and the whole self feel grounded, connected, and resilient.
